This Brexit protestor was very persistent and it makes for some very funny slapstick telly
A Brexit protestor briefly hijacked the BBC News channel today by standing in the background with a couple of placards which you couldn’t really miss.
The director did their best by cutting to a different shot every time he walked into the background but it turned out he was always one step ahead.
And it’s gripping stuff.

Some kind of genius right there. Or he’s just got an earpiece in. Maybe both.

Our office was gripped by this – how did the protestor know when the shot changed? Earpiece with someone watching TV giving instructions? https://t.co/VKlZbEM87q

There's something wonderfully absurd about the colorful protest and the studio director trying desperately to hide the slapstick protest.
Buster Keaton would be proud.
