@JoshDenny I’ll be 43 in a week. I’ve been mostly single for the past 18 months, and I’m just now realizing that my intelligence has ALWAYS been THE biggest issue in my relationships. Not getting old, or fat; Not having professional failures. Look at dating site blurbs. No woman EVER lists high IQ or intelligence in their “wants” section. Women actually DESPISE men of high intelligence. It is their single greatest insecurity.
