Daniel Hannan used an odd comparison to defend Churchill and everybody made the same joke – the only 13 you need
Like most people, Winston Churchill had both good and bad character traits. However, it’s widely considered that one of his worst characteristics was his attitude to some other races and nationalities.
Churchill on Indians: "I hate Indians. They are a beastly people with a beastly religion."
On Palestinians: "barbaric hordes who ate little but camel dung."
Called Sudanese people "savages" and laughed about killing them.

Clearly, there’s a strong case for arguing that Britain’s most-beloved prime minister was a racist, so when Brexiter, Daniel Hannan, made this comment, it sparked quite a heated response.
