A TikToker’s attempt to ticket a policeman didn’t go how he’d planned

A teenage TikToker – @devonwilldoit – handed a policeman a hand-written penalty notice because he’d parked his car on the pavement, or as Devon put it – for janky parking.

He didn’t get paid the $69.69 fine – in fact, he got gently owned by the friendly police officer.
