JD Vance has written a book about his ‘faith journey’ to Catholicism, and the chinny reckon stretched all the way to Vatican City – 18 top takedowns
The Trump administration doesn’t seem to be Pope Leo’s favourite thing – despite him being an American.
Pope Leo XIV has a message for Pete Hegseth:
“Jesus is the King of Peace, who rejects war, whom no one can use to justify war. He does not listen to the prayers of those who wage war, but rejects them.”
“Even though you make many prayers, God will not listen: your hands are… pic.twitter.com/ryPgz8v64U

When he met JD Vance at the Vatican, he didn’t seem exactly thrilled by the Roman Catholic convert, either.
JD Vance, joined by his wife, Usha Vance, met Pope Leo XIV following the pontiff’s inaugural Mass in St. Peter’s Square.

Like the president, the ‘Secretary of War’ and so many others in the Maga movement, Vance’s brand of Christianity doesn’t seem too keen on the ‘Love thy neighbour’ part, but he’s perfectly happy to make a fast buck from his faith journey, as this shows.
I’ve been writing this book for a long time, and I’m honored to finally be able to share the full story with you all. Communion is about my personal journey and how I found my way back to faith.
It will be available in June, but you can pre-order today: https://t.co/UANx672Q1S pic.twitter.com/ybtW3tE1KB

Why read anything by JD Vance? The positions set out in his previous book completely changed within 18 months of release as Donald Trump eventually dominated the Republican Party. https://t.co/YBbifPDDt9

Your admin is ripping healthcare from people, separating families, starting wars, and protecting pedophiles. I am curious to read how these actions align with your faith journey. https://t.co/krsNFzGyyD

One of the main things that led me astray and away from the Church as a teenager was the hypocrisy of people who called themselves Christians but supported clear moral evils, such as the Iraq War. This is like if Dick Cheney published a book about his conversion story in 2003. https://t.co/mooU8Bry6a

I’m Catholic. The teachings I remember didn’t include bombing schoolchildren, locking up toddlers, and stealing food from the needy to reward the rich. https://t.co/STu480OXru

The way JD Vance changes skins, it's only a matter of time until he disavows this book and announces he is now a Satan worshiper. https://t.co/xK3wc3RdcE
