What Donald Trump tells Emmanuel Macron’s wife Brigitte is beyond parody

Meeting Emmanuel Macron and his wife Brigitte before today’s Bastille Day celebrations, Trump – accompanied by his wife, Melania – tells the French first lady:

“You’re in such good shape.”

He then turns to her husband:

“She’s in such good physical shape.”

Before turning back to the Brigitte Macron.

“Beautiful.”

We can get a sense of what the Macrons thought of it – the French government posted the clip on its Facebook page.

Look at her uncomfortable body language as she tries to duck a bit behind Melania and bring her forward.
