‘The pub as a true third space. It’s dying a lot, because of sky high property prices and the knock-on impacts, but having somewhere that you can meet with friends without the expectation of spending a fortune and just have a chat or a game of pool is really important. It’s a PUBLIC HOUSE with the associations of what a house offers, somewhere comfortable to spend your time, in which you share the space with others.’
