Piers Morgan really lost his rag over an MSP’s tweet about Churchill

Friday saw the anniversary of the death of the most famous British prime minister of all time, Sir Winston Churchill, and the Conservative party marked it with this tribute.

Today marks the anniversary of the death of Sir Winston Churchill, who died in 1965 at the age of 90.

One person who spotted the tweet was the Green MSP, Ross Greer, who responded with this.

Of all the responses, however, by far the most outraged – whether real or manufactured for attention – came from Piers Morgan, who didn’t mince his words.

While not supporting Ross Greer’s extreme statement, writer Otto English had no time for Piers Morgan’s angle, either.

A: The Germans don't all speak English or Russian do they and they lost.

It seems that Mr Greer’s skin is a little thicker than Piers Morgan’s. since his main reaction was amusement.
