There’s never a bad time to rewatch this hilarious classic Tipping Point fail
Ben Shephard must have heard hundreds of funny incorrect answers on Tipping point – if not more – but the one that mixed up the Simpsons with the Greek classics must surely be in his top three.
The October 2021 episode was recently repeated, causing it to catch Twitter’s eye again.

‘In his epic poems, Homer often refers to nectar as the drink of the gods and which other substance as their food?’ was, of course, referring to ambrosia in The Odyssey and The Iliad, not doughnuts in The Treehouse of Horror.
I love how taken aback Ben Shepherd is in this clip 😀 https://t.co/sApkSRYwNP
