Tory MPs are posing for pictures at food banks – the only 13 responses you need
It appears to have become a thing for Conservative MPs to post pictures of themselves at food banks on Twitter.
Everyone who’s able to should donate to a food bank, especially at this time of year, and yet there was something about Tory MPs posing for pictures – some of them looking absolutely ecstatic while they were at it – that got people thinking.
In particular, they were thinking things like this.

Look at the state of this
A Tory MP smiles as she opens a foodbank
A true measure of an improving society would be closing foodbanks not opening them
They truly have no shame pic.twitter.com/ryVGwEhyQq

I've noticed some MPs tweeting pics at Food Banks, smiling, saying they're happy to be there etc. If you can donate, great. But as an MP you should be bloody well asking the question as to why Food Banks exist in 2018.People relying on goodwill is a grotesque failure of gov policy

Hi @Tesco please confirm if you have more photo shoots planned with Tory MP’s to promote food banks. I’m keen to come along and speak to any of them. They are trying to normalise food bank use and saying they are just for a handful of vulnerable people, and that’s simply untrue.
