Police use emoji slapdown to troll texting driver in the most arresting fashion
Merseyside traffic cops resorted to a novel tactic after a driver gave a ‘very unusual’ answer when he was stopped using a mobile phone while not wearing a seatbelt.
Here’s what he had to say.
