Apparently the reviews of the films were "very preliminary" & cannot be trusted, even though they were carried out by the scriptwriters. The aunts should pay for their tickets, drinks & popcorn, sit in the cinema then the films will be given full & “appropriate” analysis

I normally go to a cinema quite some distance from where I live because it offers the best overall experience. There are many inferior local cinemas I don't use just because they are the closest to where I live.

Well for those particular aunts, the cinemas that are further away include one that seems to have a very "Odeon First" policy, so whatever rate they get there will not be great value for money. Then there are some other ones which their ancestors once owned. So it's a bit Awkward
