Someone said Harry Maguire tweeted this in 2016 and it went viral
He wasn’t exactly a household name before the World Cup started but Harry Maguire is everyone’s hero now after he put England on their way to a 2-0 win over Sweden.
The Leicester City star’s magnificent first half header helped England into the World Cup semi-finals for the first time since 1990.
And someone uncovered a ‘tweet’ sent by Maguire back in 2016 which appeared to make it even sweeter.

UPDATE
Except, er, detailed analysis and carbon dating of the footballer’s ‘tweet’ suggests it may actually have been written in 2018. And not by him.
What? A fake? To be filed under ‘too good to check’.
