A bunch of people who weren’t entirely impressed by the Donald Trump blimp that Sadiq Khan allowed to be floated over London thought they’d get their own back – by doing something similar to the London mayor.

Here’s a reminder of what the Trump balloon looked like.

And, er, here’s what the balloon of a bikini-clad Khan looked like. They rasied £58,182 to do it but as you might notice, it didn’t prove quite so popular.

Here’s what the fundraising page said, just in case you’re wondering what the hell is going on.

‘In light of the Donald Trump ‘Baby Trump’ balloon being allowed to fly over London during his visit to the U, let’s get a baby Khan one and see if free speech applies to all.

Under Sadiq, we have seen crime skyrocket to unprecedented levels. People in London don’t feel safe…Khan out.’

And some people were really, really excited about it. Like this chap.

And to be fair, most people thought it was very funny. Except they were laughing at the organisers, not with them.
