Simply 9 brilliant responses to parents complaining about LGBT lessons in schools
Some parents have been withdrawing their children from lessons that teach children about LGBT rights, and they have been defended by the so-called leader of the House of Commons, Tory MP Andrea Leadsom.
Now a Labour MP has urged Theresa May to “condemn bigots that don’t want LGBT people to be heard in schools” including, presumably, Andrea Leadsom.

Regarding LGBT issues being discussed in schools. When I was at school it seemed there were no gay pupils at all. Now I look back, of course there were, they just didn’t feel able to be themselves. I feel sad that they had to hide, and stupid that I didn’t know. So teach away pls

If every school in Britain stopped mentioning that gay people exist, you would have no fewer gay people. What you would have is more scared, vulnerable gay people, failed by the education system we are all meant to rely on.https://t.co/6rI5KhN7TX

Homophobic parents are right to be worried about their children turning gay after lessons about LGBT awareness. I lived as a Tudor wench for 2 years following a history class.
