Weird World

This convicted racist chose an amazingly appropriate disguise for leaving court

A pensioner who racially abused a black betting shop employee, telling her she would be “gone” after Brexit, and using a racial slur we won’t even partially represent, escaped with a suspended sentence. John Keogh aimed his vile comments at Anneka Davis during a visit to the betting shop in which she worked, leaving her so stressed she had to take time off work; he has been ordered to pay her £250 compensation.

Alistair Coleman, who has his finger on the pulse of all things media and TV related, spotted an interesting thing when he read about the case.

So we did …

Given that several photos had been taken on the way in, we’re not sure what purpose he thought that would serve, but we’ve already seen that thinking isn’t his strong point. Here’s how people reacted to Keogh’s improvised mask, made apparently from a dog-poo bag.

Someone called @paulcolbeck1 had an idea why he had to resort to the poo bag.

That would have been even shittier.
