Robert Mugabe, a man who presided over decades of murder and torture of opponents, has died aged 95, two years after being ousted as President of Zimbabwe. Reports of his death, at least in the British and Irish media, have avoided eulogising him, but there’s always that person …and it’s often right-wing columnist, Quentin Letts.
