This building has cartoon windows and we really can’t get our head round it

This building has cartoon windows and the more we look at it the less we can get our head round it.

And it turns out the cafe in Leamington Spa is cartoony on the inside as well.

Someone wanted to see it from a different angle so here it is on Google Maps …

And it reminded someone of this cafe in Japan and, oh, mind blown.
