This bride-to-be’s guests wouldn’t pay for her 60k wedding and it’s an epic, rollercoaster of a rant
Tales of brides (and bridegrooms) making outrageous demands of their guests always make for entertaining reading.
But this … well, this is just next level, a bride to be who went on an amazing rant after she had to cancel her ‘fairytale’ wedding because guests wouldn’t stump up the $1,500 (£1,180) each to pay for it.
The Facebook post was shared on Mumsnet (and later Twitter) where it went wildly viral. Do read the whole thing, because it’s breath-taking and brilliant.

The first two replies surely nail it.

Holy sh*tballs!! If I ever get an invite to an "exclusive, once AND a lifetime wedding" with a request for a minimum of $1500 'donation' (and I assume I'm paying my own way to Aruba??) Elton John better be there to sing & Keanu Reeves needs to rub my feet during the show!!
