Jamie Carragher apologising on Sky is a very satisfying (and excruciating) watch
Here’s Jamie Carragher trying to salvage what’s left of his career after he was filmed spitting in the direction of a 14 year old girl.
God this is painful. Like being at school, and the head calls you in, and it’s televised #JamieCarragher pic.twitter.com/t5dUvTDgFQ

The former Liverpool captain turned Sky Sports pundit was filmed spitting out of his car after being taunted by the man following United’s 2-1 victory over Liverpool at the weekend.
Spitting: disgusting, possibly criminal, certainly sackable.

Here’s what he later tweeted.
Totally out of order & Ive apologised personally to all the family this evening. I was goaded 3/4 times along the motorway while being filmed & lost my rag. No excuse apologies. https://t.co/ofrNfiwhYH

Carragher has been suspended by Sky following the incident. Here’s what people made of it online.
Jamie Carragher was stupid to spit at that car, but no more stupid than the father was to be filming Carragher as he drove his daughter.
So I hope @Carra23 keeps his job.
