Donald Trump sent the entire nation a text message – our 24 favourite reactions
America’s Federal Emergency Management System (FEMA) very much does what it says on the tin, so yesterday, it oversaw the testing of a new ‘Presidential Alert System’ by sending a text to almost every phone in the country. The idea is that a message could be triggered in the event of an attack, such as by terrorists or a hostile country.
There are many acceptable names for the alert we all heard.
