Here’s a tale to warm your chilly bones, the story of a family who left their child’s cuddly toy behind in the hotel they were staying in – and what the hotel did next.

And it turned out it’s not the only lonely bear to have been given such VIP treatment.
We had a similar exp. when Teddy was left behind in Paris. Traumatic and my daughter was upset too. But he had been found already and posted back to NZ with a lovely note – if not the deluxe treatment Sutro & fren got. I suppose it happens a lot but it’s just lovely anyways!

We did similar a few years ago and the Travelodge sent pictures of Bear and Dog watching TV, pulling pints, and helping at reception. Love the staff who understand and help out worried parents!
