Someone has made a hilarious chart to identify your blueness on “Blue Monday”
Back in 2005, when a travel company used a joky equation in a press release designed to persuade people to book a holiday, the legend of Blue Monday got its first foothold. Now, it has become accepted that the third Monday in January is the most depressing day of the year, which is clearly nonsense.
This is the equation.

See what we mean?
The very funny Innocent Drinks Twitter account, itself not averse to using jokes to sell stuff, has taken Blue Monday with its tongue firmly in its cheek and produced this:
It's #BlueMonday. We've invented this highly accurate blue-o-meter so you can figure out exactly what shade of blue you are. pic.twitter.com/6vrf0axUu4

Twitter users found it very useful.

There’s no pleasing some people – on any day of the year.
