YES!
I was once walking the dog and a car stopped and a passenger in the back seat started dropping food cans out of the window. The driver saw me looking and the hand stopped mid-drop. I don’t understand littering, just take it home and drop it in the bin. You weirdos!

Once I hooted at a cop for dumping his Coke can. He then stopped and made me pull over..I was like ohfuckohfuck!! He asked to see my licence etc but I held my own and told him he can’t litter! Lolol I was so scared tho!

And it prompted similar stories of derring do, some of which were taken with a pinch (bag?) of salt.
I did this once to a driver who tossed a Coke can out the window. After I lobbed it back inside the car his girlfriend laughed and made him keep it.

To conclude …
The question is not about it's a fake video or not .
It's about teaching a lesson to those people who are acting like this in real life.
