Morrisons’ reply is still one of the all-time great customer service responses

Any retailer worth its salt is a lot more savvy on social media these days – just ask Burger King – and yet we think it’s very unlikely that anyone will surpass this effort from Morrisons, one of the all-time great customer service responses.
