As Elon Musk announced at the weekend, the social media site formerly known as Twitter is now named X. Let’s face it, almost nobody is going to stop calling it Twitter, but if the Queen is still being called Camilla Parker-Bowles 18 years after that stopped being her name, X stands no chance.
