I think much of the problem here is the sugar, the high fructose corn syrup, saturated and trans fats, too wide a ratio of Omega 3 / Omega 6. Inflammation city!
Every other day I have a lunch of salmon, blueberries, broccoli, walnuts, 2 Brazil Nuts, and Beet Juice.

It’s not so much about what you eat but what you’re drinking. The sugar in US sodas, coffee and tea is killing you. Yes, plus the white bread and toasted bread are making everyone fat. And then add french Fries with every meal and then you got the additional lbs.

US food standards are horrific. Half your food is illegal in UK & Europe & for good reason. Just look at the poison you put in your bread. Bleached chickens due to filth. Look at Heinz ketchup in US v UK. Same bottle, completely different ingredients. Etc, etc, etc.

Europeans walk a lot for transportation. America has effectively eliminated walking for transportation.
