Donald Trump said Russia wants Ukraine to succeed and Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s A++ response spoke for the entire world

Volodymyr Zelenskyy held talks with Donald Trump in Mar-a-Lago at the weekend in a bid to bring an end to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

Their meeting following more intense bombardment of Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities and we can only hope – despite just about everything coming out of Trump’s mouth right now – that an end to hostilities might finally be on the horizon.

And when we say ‘everything coming out of Trump’s mouth’ we specifically mean this bit, when the American president suggested in front of the Ukrainian president that ‘Russia wants Ukraine to succeed’.

And Zelenskyy’s response surely spoke for the world.
