Donald Trump took time out from drooling over a map of Greenland to address his fellow Republicans at the Kennedy Centre on Tuesday.
In a wide-ranging (translation: largely nonsensical) series of remarks, one moment stood out in particular, and if ever 9 seconds of the so-called president captured the sorry state of the White House and the whole of America right now, it’s surely this.
