14 stunned reactions to the Question Time audience member who said knife-carrying criminals should be exterminated
BBC’s Question Time can get pretty heated – it’s the nature of the beast. One man on this week’s episode, however, took other audience members on a rollercoaster journey with his comments about people who commit knife crime. This is what he said.

His hard-line stance on punishment received a certain amount of support whilst he was suggesting very stiff prison sentences for anyone found illegally carrying a knife, but the disquiet audibly kicked in when he began talking about knife criminals as a separate breed, a cancer, and deserving of extermination.
