People are desperately trying to unsee this Donald Trump/Theresa May cartoon
It’s by Steve Bell in the Guardian, and has proved more than a bit controversial online.
I'm not retweeting it. Steve Bell's @guardian cartoon is appalling and, as a woman (rarely something I say), I find it offensive.

Steve Bell cartoon is deeply unpleasant, pretty sure fighting trump/may with misogyny misses the bloody point.

@JamesMelville Brilliant political cartoon, but also made me feel a bit queasy.

It was inspired by a cartoon drawn 225 years ago.

But not everyone agreed that made it okay then.
Oh I see that Steve Bell cartoon can't be offensive because some old man did a similar one a million years ago. Stand down lads.

The Times cartoonist did something similar, but it wasn’t quite as offensive. Or as good, depending on which way you look at it.
The Times goes for similar message, but very different delivery to Steve Bell pic.twitter.com/dg76tR0Gki

May: I brought you a present. It’s the NHS.
Trump: Whatever. Now, this photo shows how many people came to my inauguration *rants for hour*— paul bassett davies (@thewritertype) January 27, 2017
Theresa May meets Donald Trump, saying “At last I’ve found Mr Right – shame his first name is Alt”.

I'm appalled. Despite me complaining very strongly on Twitter, both Donald Trump and Theresa May are just carrying on doing their own thing.
