It truly is the end of days – the Guardian has closed its lentil, vegetable and salad bar.
As if the Trump presidency wasn’t bad enough for pulse-loving liberals everywhere.

The good news is the Guardian has published plenty of lentil recipes in the past so if hard-pressed hacks want to bring in a packed lunch, they know where to look.
