Canadian city council gets “schooled” after misspelling sign

Residents of Revelstoke in Canada have been taking the piss out of the council after they ironically misspelled a school sign.

Globalnews Canada reports that the city’s operations manager says the stencils come in two and the painters had them in upside-down and backwards. Or maybe it was Trump’s fault?

In the UK we’ve had similar incidents, like this one outside New Elgin Primary School in Elgin, Scotland.

It’s not limited to “sohools” either. There’s this road in Warsop, Nottinghamshire.

This one in Smethwick, West Midlands.

Residents of Hook in Hampshire should be sure to look riht.

And turn lelt.
