This reporter had an ingenious response to only being allowed one Jeremy Corbyn question
Channel 4 News reporter Ciaran Jenkins was presumably disappointed to be told he was only allowed to ask Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn just the one question.
Fair play to the chap though because he came up with an ingenious response.
Important detail: I was told I could only ask Jeremy Corbyn *one* question. https://t.co/1nUBQbx4gq

It’s not quite Jeremy Paxman and Michael Howard but Channel 4’s clip of its interview with Jeremy Corbyn went viral because, well, have a watch for yourself.
"Do you honestly believe that Britain is better off outside of the EU?"
That was the question Channel 4 News asked Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn six times. pic.twitter.com/Q5I7w5ESnu— Channel 4 News (@Channel4News) August 21, 2018
It’s not on a loop, just in case you’re wondering. And here are a few of our favourite responses online.

This is pathetic, but I'm honestly not sure it's worse than just lying and saying "yes" which is what May would probably have done. https://t.co/LwP8nn6AcJ

I take it all back. He’s a veritable master of the straight answer. Utterly unlike all those other politicians. Amazed he exposes himself to proper questions so rarely. Clearly committed to fulfilling the membership’s desire to stop Brexit. This could hardly have gone better. https://t.co/sAcXhMCvby

Really weird that Corbyn's message failing to get through despite strong performances like this. https://t.co/HmfC522iHN

May knows we’ll be worse off out the EU, Corbyn knows we’ll be worse off out the EU.
When asked directly May lies and says we’ll be better out, Corbyn answers a different question he’s made up in his own head 6 times.
Please treat the public like grownups and just say “no”. https://t.co/0QumV0t4ok
