Daily Mail readers found their own unique take on Geoffrey from Rainbow’s death
Of all the responses to Rainbow presenter Geoffrey Hayes’ death, Daily Mail readers managed to carve out their own miserable little niche, as shared by @BestoftheMail on Twitter.
Here’s the Mail story (which, in typical style, snidely shoehorned into the headline the fact that, yes, he did other jobs as well as appearing on TV).

‘The only rainbow our kids should know about’
What about actual rainbows?!

I love the idea that the ‘rainbow’ shouldn’t be hijacked but its OK to hijack a person’s death to make a political point.
