This YouTube channel is just one guy eating ice cream topped with weird foods

You can see just about anything on YouTube, from Harvard lectures to people playing with sand, but you wouldn’t expect there to be much demand for a channel devoted to videos of one man eating a variety of ice-cream dishes, all topped with the weirdest foods – yet, there is.

According to Ben Rosen, who started the Man Eating Food channel, the man in question is an educator named Eric. The clips are very short – and incredibly odd.

We can’t help wondering whether Eric has had a catastrophic taste-bud accident, because he maintains such a calm appearance and even gives a little “job done” nod, when we’d be scraping our tongues and making disgusted faces. The idea started out with him eating any food requested, such as this.

The addition of ice-cream came later and seems to have stuck. Here’s one last clip, in which he eats something on ice-cream that he shouldn’t have been eating at all. Don’t try this at home.
