‘The Wetherspoons dress code is very strict’
Just in case you’re thinking of visiting a Wetherspoons in the near future – well, you never know – make sure you abide by the pub chain’s dress code.
Because it’s really, really strict, as shared by Tim Johns on Twitter.

And it prompted a few lovely memories, among other things, in response.
A couple of Xmas Eve's ago, in 'spoons in West Bromwich, a man walked in, said all he wanted was to be allowed to see his kids. He then stripped to his pants and started challenging people to fight him. When everyone ignored him, he put his clothes back on and walked out.

Boss that isn’t it. Me dad goes the county road one of a Saturday night, some lad was riding around on an actual bike in there and the manager shouted “I’ve told you before no bikes allowed” hahahaha, not even the first time he must of rid around the pub

You can laugh but I once witnessed a bloke stripping down to his boxers in Spoons so very much necessary. https://t.co/1OPO5s6blf

I was dragged in one recently where there was a very large family with a full shopping trolley. In the pub.
