There are times when you see somebody doing something and think it looks like a good idea, but there are other times when you see someone doing something and think “How have I not been doing this my whole life?”, which is what you’re about to do.

The clip has gone viral because – well- it’s such an obvious thing to do, nobody can understand why we’re only just seeing it.
