You may remember Darren Grimes from his £20,000 fine, which he was handed for breaking EU referendum spending laws on behalf of the Leave campaign, or perhaps from his attempt to crowdfund the fine and court costs. However, he also has a Twitter presence, where he likes to moan about Remoaners – irony alert – including this bizarre sideways jab at them.
For the blue tick brigade to argue that they’ve looked back on the politics of the past few years and conclude “we haven’t heard enough from Remainers” is bollocks. They’re the ones running the country and civil service.
