This spoof customer care account brilliantly trolls people who complain on Twitter

Back in the old days if you suffered rubbish customer service you’d have to do something really time-consuming like write a letter, or really painful like banging your head against the wall.

These days it’s so much easier – just go and complain about it on Twitter.

That’s what these people did and they all got a response from the fabulous @customercaring account. Just not necessarily the one they were expecting.
