Rick Astley rocking out with the Foo Fighters is the best Rickroll you’ll ever see

It’s no secret that Foo Fighters frontman – try saying that after a long day – and the nicest man in rock, Dave Grohl, loves Rick Astley. The 80s pop god’s sneaky hit “Never Gonna Give You Up” is a surprisingly good match for the post-Grunge band, and they’ve played together a few times, but the pair pulled off an epic stunt when they made this happen at the Reading Festival …

With that deceptive nod to Nirvana’s “Smells Like Teen Spirit”, it has to be the biggest and best Rickroll of all time. Here’s what other people had to say about it.

The wonderful Mr. Astley shared some photos after his exciting night.

Squeezebox maestro, John Spiers, made an excellent point.

And now we really want Jeremy Corbyn to Rickroll the Commons.
