Boris Johnson looking like he’s won a competition at Nato is today’s cringiest thing

At the risk of being fair to Boris Johnson – a courtesy he’s not always keen on extending to others – he obviously wasn’t ignored by everyone all the time at the Nato conference in Brussels this week.

But there were some excruciatingly akward moments caught on camera when not everyone seemed super excited to hear what he had to say, nor did he always look like he had an overwhelming clue what to do next.

And they surely don’t come cringier than this, a 16 second clip which went viral because, well, watch.
