Jessica Simor had concerns beyond the PM missing the COBRA meeting.

The PM was able to hold a party at Chequers for one reason; ie because he is still PM. So the guest list should be published. Similarly the costs, including the value of in-kind benefits, ie premises, staff, energy-costs and who paid for all of them.
