Canadian DIY TikToker @drewbuildsstuff split the internet – though not evenly – with his project for a windowless basement.

It looks like he did an excellent job, and some people loved it.

Although @drewbuildsstuff insisted that the TVs were only $300 each, they weren’t the only building expense – not to mention the ongoing electricity bill. With that in mind, and given the cost of living crisis, a lot more people thought the project was –

a. A waste of money
b. A waste of money
And c. A waste of money.

Someone had a tip to save money on the project.
