Martin O’Neill’s Carabao Cup draw performance has become an instant classic
The fixtures have been drawn for the second round of the Carabao Cup, with Wes Morgan and Martin O’Neill doing the honours at the selection.
While things were as expected from Morgan, former Republic of Ireland manager O’Neill’s method was a little baffling.
