A Talk TV presenter’s unfortunate schoolboy error complaining about a lack of poppies on the BBC saw him schooled into next year
To the world of Talk TV presenter James Whale now, where the long-ranting ‘shock jock’ had a complaint to make about the number of poppies on the BBC.
Specifically, that not enough presenters were wearing them. And it wasn’t just his complaint that sent it viral – well, it was – but how he did it, and his most unfortunate schoolboy error.
I can’t get over the amount of people on the Bbc not wearing poppies as if to say the sacrifices our four bears made are not still recognisable they should be ashamed of themselves.

And he ended up schooled into next year in a most entertaining fashion.
