I have a few close friends where i see them regularly. I couldn’t tell you when their birthday was. Granted, I’ll have been to some of their milestone birthdays. But I couldn’t tell you exaclty when. I could maybe guess the month.

I have a good friend who’s not a communicator unless you sit down and have dinner with him. So I found out that he finally hit his number and retired maybe 3 months after the fact. Then I found out he had moved in with his girlfriend who has three kids a couple months after he did it. Then one day I text him to see if he wants to meet up and he tells me he moved to New Hampshire.
