Fox News says harping on Donald Trump’s erratic behavior and appearance is ‘ageism’ and Twitter’s irony police came swarming to the scene of the crime
Despite the many physical and mental signs of deterioration that the President of the United States is showing, not to mention his unexplained week-long disappearance, Donald Trump is alive and well. Well, alive at least.
And no one was more excited about shoving this news down our throat than Fox News.
In a segment bearing the best chyron of the year – a sarcastic apology featuring the completely unironic statement “Trump is alive!” as if it’s some sort of monumental achievement – viewers were treated to host Laura Ingraham speaking with Dr. Marc Siegel, a Fox News “senior medical analyst” (their words, not ours). The two barking heads quickly turned on anyone who would dare suggest Trump is not in stellar health.
