Responding to emails, ordering anything needed for the office/workshop, speaking with customers over the phone and in person, speaking with suppliers, making drinks for customers, sorting and filing paperwork, updating calendars and spreadsheets, cleaning and any other tasks that might crop up on a day to day basis. ‘I work for a well known news publisher. It’s my job to put ads where they should be and make sure they perform as well as they can do.
