60 Minutes sat down with Donald Trump for a serious conversation about the White House dinner gunman footage and got this instead

Thankfully, everyone’s okay after a gunman stormed the White House Correspondent’s Dinner over the weekend.

As more details come out of the event, everyone is trying to figure out what went wrong.

The American people sure hope their leader is working on how to prevent more dangerous events like this from happening in the future and how to keep violence out of American politics in general.

Except that when given the opportunity to speak to these moments, the President of the United States chose to do this instead.
